This gentle process involves exposing fruit to very low temperatures, then removing the water — leaving behind a crunchy, shelf-stable version of your favourite fruits and smoothies. The result? A naturally sweet, shelf-stable snack that keeps almost all the nutrition of fresh  ingredients.
