Easy Apple Cinnamon Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chia Oat Pancake Mix
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened apple sauce (an apple sauce pouch works great)
Instructions
- Combine dry pancake mix, milk and apple sauce in a bowl.
- Spoon mixture onto lightly-oiled waffle iron and cook as directed.
- Mom-Hack: Have your child finish the apple sauce pouch as their waffle cooks to avoid "hanger".
Pumpkin Spice Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chia Oat Pancake Mix
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie Spice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Cook pancakes on pre-heated griddle or skillet, or cook in a lightly-oiled waffle iron for pumpkin spice waffles.
Blueberry Pancake Muffin Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chia Oat Pancake Mix
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 cup sliced blueberries
- Optional: 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Spray or line mini muffin pan
- Combine dry pancake mix, milk and optional maple syrup in a bowl.
- Spoon mixture into a mini-muffin pan, filling each to 2/3-3/4 full.
- Top each muffin with sliced blueberries.
- Bake for 14-15 minutes at 375 degrees.
